Voluntary profile service
We store your voluntary professional profile to understand your interests in the destinations you select and contact you about suitable opportunities. Registration is free. A profile is not an application to a particular employer and does not guarantee employment or immigration. You may use our country information and Ava without registering.
Data and legal bases
We process your name, email, country of residence, occupation, qualifications and practical work, experience, language skills, search wishes including destinations, region, work arrangement, associated project and status, possible start, contact language, optional wishes and an optional PDF CV. The basis for the profile and related contact is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Required fields are necessary for a useful profile; wishes and CV are optional. Please do not submit identity, health or banking documents.
Access and providers
Only trust7 staff have access to confirmed profiles. An internal status and factual notes may be stored for administration and follow-up. The profile database and any CVs are stored on our server hosted by Vautron Rechenzentrum AG, Obermünsterstr. 9, 93047 Regensburg, Germany. The server is located in Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany. Provider information: https://www.vautron.de/datenschutz. Google Workspace/Gmail sends verification and access emails containing a personal link, without profile details or CVs. Profile data are not sent to Ava or an AI service. Security measures and necessary factual internal administration rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our interest in operating the service securely and in an orderly manner.
Sharing and international processing
Profiles are not public and are not automatically shared with employers or other third parties. Before sharing for a particular opportunity we seek separate consent and explain the recipient and scope. Google email processing may take place outside the EU/EEA; applicable contractual and legal safeguards must be observed. Please contact us for information or copies of the relevant safeguards. The service does not automatically transfer your profile to your destinations.
Retention and deletion
Unconfirmed profiles are deleted after seven days. Confirmed profiles are deleted 365 days after verification or your latest update, unless you delete them sooner. Logging in or adding an internal note does not extend this period. Deletion or withdrawal removes the profile, search wishes, CV, internal notes and personal access from the active database. Protected recovery backups are removed within 14 days and are used only for recovery. If a backup is restored, subsequent deletions must be reapplied. Statutory obligations may exceptionally require separate restricted retention.
Access and technical data
Single-use verification links last 24 hours, profile access links 20 minutes and administration links 15 minutes. Applicant sessions expire after two hours and administration sessions after one hour. Necessary secure session cookies are used solely for access, without advertising or tracking. Security limits retain protected check values derived from IP and email addresses for at most 24 hours. Hosting may produce technically necessary connection records. This service itself uses no advertising or analytics services.
Your rights
You can edit your profile, download the supplied profile data and delete your profile and CV. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future; earlier lawful processing is unaffected. Subject to statutory conditions you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us for additional information, internal notes or assistance. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de). There are no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
One profile across several projects
Canada, WorldwideJob and other trust7 offerings may link to the same profile service. A project label describes the context of a search wish and grants no access. Recording a wish starts no automatic research or application. Agent searches are currently disabled. Before any future new use we will provide separate information and obtain consent where required. Existing Canada profiles initially receive only a Canada search wish; their previous consent is not automatically extended. Updating search wishes extends retention like updating your profile; deleting a wish does not.
