Search requests use country, citizenship (only if supplied), work arrangement, occupation and public topic categories extracted from your conversation. We do not deliberately send your name, email address, full message or documents as search queries. Broader questions can receive general guidance when evidence for a specific place or profession is missing.
The advisor runs on the trust7 server at Vautron, Germany. Provider processing, including OpenAI processing outside the EU/EEA, is subject to the applicable contracts and transfer safeguards. Requests to the AI service use the API setting store:false; this is not a promise of zero retention by the provider. The application does not log message bodies. Temporary hashed network identifiers support abuse limits for up to approximately eleven minutes; hosting and proxy logs are separate.
General questions do not require a profile. Providing a question is voluntary but necessary to receive an answer. Processing to answer your request is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a requested service, otherwise Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Service security is based on Article 6(1)(f). No automated employment or immigration decisions are made. Google Workspace is used if you contact trust7 by email; it is not used to store this chat by the application.
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
